This is a live recording of the late Gary Rhodes recorded at the 1996 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival Master Class.

The original recordings were made using the SVHS format and sadly, physically the tapes have not held up well, therefore there are visible defects in the vision caused by oxide dropouts, (the tapes are falling apart) but we hope it does not distract too much from this unique and highly entertaining cooking master class.
